In Claudis's workshop you will master Claudia's multi-hooping technique for perfect placement and alignment. Improve hooping skills: better understand the features on your machine that allow you to tweak the position of the design within the hoop. Get tips and techniques that make your embroidery flat, fun and flawless!

Are your pants to long or your shirt a little to big? Or do you want to custom fit the clothes you want to sew? This class is for basic alternation and how to get a better fit. Marit Ita will assist you in how to make the right alteration to get a better fit! Bring a garment that you would like to alter, note book and pins.

Looking to add to your quilting skills? This class is for the beginner with some quiilting skills! We will be working with fat quarters and learning how to work with rectangles, design layouts and cutting.
This class will be a 2 day class. The first day we will plan, cut and sew a few blocksl The second class will be putting it together. You will need all your basic sewing supplies and a sewing machine in good running condition with a new needle. Fee is $30

Learn how to thread your serger and read the tension. Bring your serger in good working order with new needles, four spools of thread that are all the same brand, 1-red, 1-blue, 1-yellow and 1-green, plus any accessories that came with your machine..

This program is the newest and fifth Quiltworx “Technique of the Month” pattern. This program will teach the Quiltworx foundation paper piecing techniques and discuss how to apply Judy’s latest approaches using reference points and smart corners to ensure your project assembles beautifully. There will be a new technique introduced, curved lone star blocks which adds a fun twist. The pattern will also include a curved ruler that will make trimming a breeze.
The Dinner Plate Dahlia includes many of Judy’s techniques for paper piecing, including cutting, stacking, chain piecing, curved paper-piecing, smart corners, the use of Transition and Registration Point (TRP) Lines, and our newest technique, curved strip piecing.
Instructor Lauren Rogers has abeen a certified technique of the month since 2012. Her goal with all her students is for them to finish their projects. It is so rewarding to help them through the process and see the “aha” moment when it all clicks. Then they can’t get enough!
